As a trainee integrative yoga psychotherapist, I offer a therapeutic approach that brings together the insights of yoga and the depth of modern psychotherapy. This work recognises that healing involves all aspects of our being, mind, body, and spirit. Holding space to restore balance and allow your innate healing to unfold.
My own journey with this approach has shown me how transformative it can be: loosening long-held patterns, strengthening my inner awareness, and nurturing a more authentic way of being. It’s from this place that I support others, offering a space where embodied practices meet psychological understanding, in service of your healing, growth, and wellbeing.

I offer a free 20 minute call via phone or Zoom, an opportunity to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit. Establishing a good therapeutic relationship is an important part of the process, and this call allows us both to connect and consider whether this approach feels supportive for you.

Integrative Yoga Psychotherapy sessions are 60 minutes and currently offered online at £65.​
