Meet Julie Kidd
In my 20s, I began using meditation and yoga to find balance and calm amidst life’s demands. When my mother passed away, these practices took on even deeper significance, offering me solace and a space for healing. Through yoga, I gained the confidence and commitment to live a healthier, more mindful life. So much so that in my late 40s I decided to make a career shift, taking a leap of faith, I enrolled in a yoga teacher training course and I haven’t looked back since!
Today, I enjoy a balanced lifestyle, focused on holistic well-being through yoga, meditation, mindful living, and personal growth.
Since 2019, I have been sharing yoga within my local community through group and one-on-one sessions, finding immense joy in witnessing others benefit from yoga on their own healing journeys. This inspired me to pursue further studies, including:

-
In-depth training’s with Swami Saradananda in Meditation, Pranayama, and the Chakra System
-
Specialist training in Yoga Therapy for addiction with Shaura Hall
-
Professional Diploma in Yoga Therapy with The Minded Institute
-
Trainee Integrative Yoga Psychotherapist with The Minded Institute.
These foundations allow me to support clients, more therapeutically, both individually and in group settings, offering bespoke tailored sessions that encompass each client’s goals and foster self-care, mindfulness, and ease in physical, energetic, mental, and emotional health.

Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I am here to support and inspire you on your journey of self-discovery and wellness.
