Let me Inspire you on your journey of self discovery and wellness

CHANGING THE PATTERN
Yoga therapy for addiction recovery and renewal offers compassionate, evidence-informed support for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing — all from the comfort of your own home.
You don’t need flexibility, fitness, or prior yoga experience — just a willingness to explore what healing might look like for you.
This approach may be especially supportive if you are:
-
Living with stress, anxiety, or overwhelm
-
Navigating cravings, triggers, or emotional ups and downs
-
Experiencing sleep difficulties or fatigue
-
Rebuilding strength, stability, or confidence in recovery
-
Living with chronic pain and exploring ways to reduce reliance on opioids
-
Seeking healthier ways to manage emotions and stress
-
Wanting a holistic approach that supports both body and mind

For over five years now, I’ve had the privilege of working in an addiction rehabilitation centre, offering therapeutic yoga in both group settings and one-to-one. This experience has deepened my understanding of recovery not just as a physical or psychological process, but as a return to wholeness, a remembering of the Self. I’ve witnessed how even a single breath, a pause, or a gentle movement can reawaken a sense of presence and inner knowing. Whether you are in early recovery or further along in your journey, I hold space for you to reconnect with your inner resources, regulate your nervous system, and rediscover a sense of wholeness.
What to expect: The first 60-minute session begins with an assessment of your goals and current wellbeing, to co-create a personalised yoga therapy programme.
Sessions may also include:
-
Gentle, therapeutic movement
-
Breathwork for nervous system regulation
-
Mindfulness and meditation practices
-
Relaxation techniques
This work gives you a toolkit of practices to return to again and again — supporting recovery, balance, and long-term wellbeing.
