Yoga Therapy with Julie Kidd

I offer a compassionate, client-centred, and holistic approach to enhancing health, relieving stress and anxiety, and fostering overall well-being. My work focuses on guiding individuals towards greater self-awareness, inner balance, and harmony with themselves and others.

Yoga therapy provides a powerful, integrative approach to health, addressing not only physical concerns but also emotional resilience, mental clarity, and spiritual well-being. Grounded in the principles of yoga philosophy—such as the Yamas, Niyamas, and the layers of the koshas—each session is co-created to meet your personal needs and goals, supporting lasting wellness and inner peace.

I have experience working with clients facing a variety of health concerns, including:

 

    •    Stress, anxiety, and insomnia

    •    Arthritis and osteoporosis

    •    Parkinson’s disease

    •    Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease

    •    Multiple sclerosis

    •    Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome/ME

    •    Addiction

No Yoga experience is needed and you do not need to have a level of fitness, or even be flexible, to engage in this kind of therapy, yoga therapy meets you where you are today.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation, during which we can discuss your health concerns and personal goals for yoga therapy. This consultation can take place over the phone or online via Zoom.
