WELCOME TO JULIE KIDD YOGA THERAPY

A space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and find more steadiness within yourself.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or caught in patterns that feel hard to shift, you are not alone. Many people reach a point where they need support to pause, reset, and come back into balance. My work offers a holistic, gentle and supportive way to do this through simple, accessible practices that work with the body, breath, and nervous system.

WHAT IS YOGA THERAPY?

Yoga therapy bridges ancient wisdom and modern understanding of the mind & body connection. It’s a personalised, evidence informed approach that uses movement, breath, mindfulness, and relaxation to support physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

Each session is tailored to you, meeting you exactly where you are and helping you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. Over time, this work can ease anxiety, improve sleep, enhance energy, and restore a sense of steadiness and trust in yourself.

Julie Kidd

My approach is rooted in adaptability and inclusivity, supporting the whole person — body, mind, heart, and spirit. I trust in the intelligence of the body and the natural capacity for healing that unfolds when we are met with care and presence.

I hold space with deep listening and compassion, offering the same steadiness and support that has guided me in my own journey, so each person can reconnect with a sense of wholeness in their own way.

Julie is very knowledgeable about yoga and the anatomy. She immediately put me at ease from our first session and her studio area is an oasis of calm. I have a lot going on in my personal life at the moment so the time spent with Julie on a weekly basis was something that I really looked forward to. I felt both relaxed but energised at the end of each session and notice my sleep was better after my sessions with Julie. She has a friendly, relaxed and caring manner.
