Grounded in the principles of yoga philosophy, such as the Yamas, Niyamas, and the layers of the koshas. Each session is co-created to meet your personal needs and goals, supporting lasting wellness and inner peace.​

No Yoga experience is needed and you do not need to have a level of fitness, or even be flexible, to engage in this kind of therapy, yoga therapy meets you where you are today.
